Focusing on the human body as living receptor, measurer and generator of understandings of space and time, Prue Lang’s world premiere of SPACEPROJECT explores physical space as highly malleable yet complex and delicate. Delving into the connections that join the human body with the environment, Lang develops from her focus on time toward an interlinking focus on space: how it is perceived, sensed, felt and acted upon in an environment continually transformed by technology, transport and the simultaneous expansion and collapse of our daily concept of space.
We have a double pass to give away for the 11 March performance of SPACEPROJECT. To be in the draw, email firstname.lastname@example.org with “SPACEPROJECT” in the subject line.
